How P3 Sportsplex collects, uses and protects your family's information.
What we collect
When you request a free class, tour, party or enrollment, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, mobile number, your children's names and ages or grades, and the program you're interested in. We also note the page you came from and basic marketing details (like which ad or link you clicked) so we know how families find us.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule your visit, run your family's classes and camps, handle billing, answer your questions and, if you agree, send you texts and emails about P3 Sportsplex. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you check the text-message box on our forms, P3 Sportsplex may text you about classes, schedule changes, billing, and announcements at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms for details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted providers that help us operate (for example our scheduling, payment and messaging systems), when the law requires it, or with your permission. None of this sharing includes text messaging opt-in data or consent.
Website analytics
We use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to count visits and see which pages and ads help families find us. They use cookies and similar technology to record pages viewed and requests made, not the details you type into our forms. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Children
We collect children's names and ages or grades from their parent or guardian only, so we can place them in the right class. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop emails and texts, at any time. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
