Hey Moms & Dads,
Week 2 of Summer Camp is ready! The kiddos had so much fun last week on their field trips, and at our new facility. We can’t wait to start week 2 tomorrow.
Please look through the agenda below for the daily list of activities, and as a reminder to pack your child a snack (we have two a day) and a lunch. If your child is going to be absent during the week, please let a staff member know.

Drop Off & Pick Up Process:
Parents should drop off at our P3 Sportsplex facility (11805 Kingston Pike). Parents should drop off in the back (go right after the dentist office) of our facility using our drop off line. The front door to the facility will remain locked to entry only until 9:00am.
For pickup, parents will use our same pickup drive thru at the rear of the facility. Please text your child’s name to 865-272-4853. If you text prior to arrival, our team can make sure to have your child’s belongings packed and ready. If you text once you arrive, you may be asked to loop back around while our team gets your child ready to not block the pickup line.
My child trains in a P3 Program…what do I do?
You should let our staff know via updating your google calendar link which day and time your child will be taking their lessons. Our team will make sure they make it to class. Please do not tell a camp counselor at drop off/or pickup. These are extremely busy times.
What should I remember to pack my child everyday of camp?
-A healthy lunch and snacks
–A refillable water bottle
-Sunscreen; each child needs their own canister of spray sunscreen
-Closed toed shoes for outdoor time
-Apparel for playing/activities
-Water Clothes & beach towel on water days.
Finally….PLEASE LABEL ALL OF YOUR CHILDREN’S BELONGINGS PRIOR TO COMING TO CAMP. This includes their lunchbox, water bottles, sunscreen, etc.

Weekly Team
We place children in colored teams with other children their own age. Please do not ask our camp counselors & directors to switch teams so siblings can be on the same team. We keep our Kindergartners and 5th graders separated so they both have an amazing experience. Plus, colored teams assist with lunchtime, hand washing, loading buses, and so many other logistical processes to keep your children safe. *If your child is not currently on a team, no worries! We will place them on a team on the first day of camp!*
