Dismissals
Our dismissal process is setup to be easy on you guys as we know you’re ready to be home with family each evening. Below is a picture of our dismissal route. Dismissals are at the rear of our building. Please be sure to text our dismissal line at 865-272-4853 with your child’s name ten minutes prior to arrival so that we can have them ready at the back door for you. If you do not text ahead of time, you will be asked to loop around to keep our dismissal line running smoothly for other parents. Please go the full loop as we cannot allow cars to cross our crosswalk area (the yellow lines) as children are transitioning throughout our day.
If you are picking up your child from the lobby from class, please be sure to shoot us a text to let us know for checkout purposes. (865-272-4853)

Absences
We MUST know by 1pm if your child is going to be absent from school. Our routes for our drivers are made each day at 1pm, and some buses go to multiple schools. When a student is absent that our team is not aware of, it causes our drivers to be late to the next school because parents must be contacted as well as we have to contact the office staff. In turn, this causes our coaches to be late returning to our facility to conduct classes and activities with their teams. There is a $25 nonrefundable fee for failure to notify us of an absence.
We do understand that sometimes the nurse calls at 2pm about a sick child, and we completely can work around that. Sick kiddos happen. Just give us a call, and we will let the team know.

Pizza Party May 23rd:
On Thursday, May 23rd Knox County Schools is having their last 1/2 day of school. Lunch is not served on half days. However, no worries! We got you! We will be hosting a pizza party so you can skip packing a lunch and just sign up for pizza! Use the link below to register, and please remember that the system only allows one child to be signed up per transaction and there is a 10 minute wait period to sign up additional children. (Note: If you use our P3 Sportsplex app, you do not have to wait the 10 minutes).
The last day to register for pizza will be Tuesday, May 21st so that pizza can be ordered on Wednesday, May 22nd.
